Family Meetings

Every family should have family meetings about once a month. During this meeting what we do is go around the room and everybody gets to say one thing that each other can improve on and end on a positive thing that that person does. Great way to hear from your family members that love you ways we can improve. Be prepared for tears, and lots of hugs!!

Change up your workout! If we do the same workout over and over again, our bodies will not change..our bodies have memory. Up your vitamin D to play a preventative role in type 2 diabetes and glucose intolerance. Vitamin D deficiency can also cause you to have weak muscles and it can also play a role in energy metabolism and fat loss. Do a shorter, more intense workout. Do not lift too heavy, too soon..ease into it and build. Cut back the training, your body needs rest. Eat the right carbs..whole grains

Declutter your home and Mind!!

Stop the piles!! Piles of stuff stresses everybody out!
Clear your desk! A messy desk reminds us of what we have not finished yet.
Keep the peace! Keep the junk out of your bedroom, that should be a place to rest and have peace of mind.
