As women, we are naturally caretakers. We take care of ourselves, our children, our husband, our friends and all of those around us. I wanted to add this “shapeupYOURmom” section to speak to our role in taking care of our mothers, grandmothers, and ourselves as we age. I want to help you shape up your life now and for the future.

Here, I will add information about health concerns, new treatments or solutions, health tips and offerings for our elders and ourselves as we age together. Taking care of yourself now does make a difference for your future. Help those around you by getting and staying informed and in shape.
