I’m so excited to share my book and learned experiences with more moms around the world with the recent launch of my book, “Woman First, Family Always” in Brazil. The title and subtitle is (loosely translated) “Woman in First Place – Mother of 10 children teaches how to take care of the family, keep in shape and be happy in your marriage.”

I teamed up with Weight Watchers for a radio media tour as part of National Ice Cream month, and Wellgate for Women and Slimfast joined me for a television tour on ways to get and maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle.
