Kids who have cell phones like to sleep next to them while they are charging through the night. They also like to set the alarm on them for mornings. There have been studies that show how the sleep patterns are interrupted throughout the night because of the frequency waves of the cell phones. Also the constant bells and whistles of the txts and emails throughout the night interrupt sleep. Do your kids a favor and take the cell phones from their bedrooms and plug them elsewhere!
