More than just a number

Your health isn’t just about your weight. Its about your eating habits, exercise decisions and how comfortable you are with your body. Your health level is as unique as you are, so you can’t just base your level of health from a number on a scale. When trying to improve your health, remember that no-one, and especially no scale, knows what works best for you better than you do. Feel good. Feel fit. And stop obsessing over the numbers.
