I’ve just read your book, in Portuguese, and it is an excellent motivation for mothers. I´m a 33 year old mother of two little girls, who are 4 and 2 years old. I and my husband want a new baby. Although I´m not fat and don´t get weight easily, I do need to exercise to loose 5 extra kilos from my pregnancies and get into better shape. We usually ride bikes with our girls on the weekends, but as I work all day long - I´m a State Attorney, I stopped my routine of exercises. After reading your book I´m certainly more motivated. I think that your tips are useful for women everywhere in the World. I´ll try to get back to exercises now. Greetings to you and your family.
